10 of the strangest foods in your grocery store (and why you eat them)

Turkey neck? It's disgusting. Chicken liver? No, thank you, Grandpa. But recently I talked to nutrition experts and they told me that changing what you eat is good for your health. So I decided to take a closer look at the strange foods I never dreamed I would eat. Should I try? I want to know. Anyway, how many different foods should I eat in a week? The answer, says Nancy Clark, a registered dietitian and author of Nancy Clark's exercise nutrition guide, is 35.
